Taiwan recorded total export value of US$24.61 billion in September 2011, decreasing 4.6% on month but increasing b 9.9% on year, while the corresponding total import value of US$22.84 billion slipped 1.4% on month but rose 10.8% on year, according to statistics released by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) on October 7.
