MANILA, Philippines — Last 10 March, we returned from a five-day trip to Taiwan where FVR led a 60-man Philippine business-sports delegation. We paid courtesy calls on Taiwan President Ma Ying-Jeou, Vice President Vincent Siew, and Straits Exchange Foundation Chairman P. K. Chiang; and also met with the Magistrates (Governors) of Yilan and Hualien Counties.
