Chunghwa Telecom (CHT), the largest mobile telecom carrier in Taiwan, will invest more than NT$6 billion (US$199 million) to expand its infrastructure for mobile communications in 2012 in an attempt to promote mobile value-added services, according to company chairman Lu Shyue-ching.
