Taiwan’s National Communications Commission (NCC) on May 2 approved a monthly fixed charge rate of NT$1,199 (US$41.5) proposed by Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) for its Internet-access services at a maximum download speed of 50Mbps, according to NCC.
