As Taiwan heads into blackout on election opinion polls, who’s the leading contender?

SINGAPORE - With a blackout on opinion polls kicking in on Jan 3, 10 days before the Jan 13 Taiwan presidential elections, Mr Lai Ching-te of the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is still leading.
