TAIPEI (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 9, 2016–S&P Global Ratings said today it had assigned its ‘A+’ long-term and ‘A-1’ short-term counterparty credit ratings to Taiwan Financial Holding Co. Ltd. (Taiwan FHC). The outlook on the long-term rating is stable.
